Robert “Bob” Madonna is the Managing Partner for Diversified Services, a business advisory and executive coaching firm providing services to the for profit, and non-profit sectors along with executive coaching services. Bob brings more than 40 years of leadership experience in both business and not-for-profit organizations. In the 4 years, (2016-2020) at Surrey Services for Seniors where is was the President and CEO, they were recognized locally, regionally, statewide, and nationally for the work that they do in the community for supporting older adults.
Prior to joining Surrey, Bob was a Principal and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for McCoy Enterprises, a leading corporate employee training and consulting firm.
Before that, he held Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing positions at EchoBurst Corporation, a wireless Location Based Service provider, and Numerex Corporation, NASDAQ:NMRX, where he was responsible for the successful turnaround of four business units. His background also includes a diverse and successful career at Bell Atlantic Corporation (now Verizon).
Bob serves as a Board of Trustee for the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, (P.I.T.), and a Board of Director for the Emily Whitehead Foundation.
In the past he has served as the Chair of the Delaware County Community College Foundation, a Board of Trustee with The Silver Springs-Martin Luther School, the Boards of the Ryan’s Case for Smiles Foundation, ADDA, (Attention Deficient Disorder Association), and an Advisory Board member of Educational Excellence and Entrepreneurship (3E Institute) at West Chester University. In addition, Bob was a founding director of Golden Cradle Adoption. He was an active member with the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Network Group (GPSEG), now Beacon, helping executives in transition where he was awarded the Networker of the Year award.
Bob holds degrees from Widener University and Delaware County Community College. Bob also received a Certificate in Non Profit Management fron tLasalle Univeristy’s Non Proft Center.
He was raised in Delaware County and has lived in Chester County for the past 38 years.
