For small businesses, we can act as your HR department, completing any tasks an internal HR person would, such as assisting with policy creation, recruitment, employee relations issues, performance improvement plans, writing job descriptions, personnel file audits, unemployment cases, workers comp cases, benefits analysis and processing payroll.

For larger businesses, we can help with all of the tasks previously mentioned or fill in gaps when members of your HR team are on a leave of absence, with anonymous employee surveys, neutral third party investigations, I9 audits, or any HR related projects that you simply do not have enough hours in a day to get to in a timely manner.
