Deborah Drury

Wherever you are in your journey as a leader or as an organization, Deb is ready to help you take your next steps toward building a productive, sustainable, and thriving future. She believes it is all about you and your vision for your future. Don’t know what that vision is? She can help you.  She can also work with you to create (or get back on) a path that will get you there. She is able to facilitate strengths-based team development in your organization. Or, if you want to achieve, and sustain, Standards for Excellence Accreditation, she can help you with that as well.

With over 30 years of nonprofit experience, Deb has worked with new and established nonprofits and a wide variety organizations including camps, counseling centers, churches, and Libraries. She has a long history of working with nonprofit boards and teams. This depth and breadth of experience has granted her a broad skillset and provided the tools to help nonprofits strengthen their foundation, build their governance and create a sustainable path for a long and effective life of service.

Building on her experience, Deb has trained and is qualified as both a Pennsylvania and National Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant, and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She has a MS in Library and Information Science and a handful of undergraduate degrees that have supported her in her adventures. She strongly believes it’s never too late to learn something new and impact our families and  communities for good.

Loving what she does for work makes it imperative that she find time for rest and refueling. To come back stronger, she enjoys being near the ocean, spending time with friends and family and drinking lots of really good coffee.
