Liz Summers is a trained facilitator, speaker, and executive coach. Since founding Advancing Leadership Consulting, Inc., in 2008, she has been working with individuals and organizations to elevate leadership capacity through enhanced self-awareness and effective communication. Having worked in nonprofits and/or serving on Boards for twenty years, she offers a unique perspective to a wide variety of organizations. Her passion for nonprofits led her to become Standards for Excellence Consultant with the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofits. Additionally, she serves as a Senior Consultant with JER HRGroup, a national human resources firm, and as an adjunct faculty member with Northampton Community College. Having worked with higher education, foundations, nonprofits and Fortune 200 corporations, Liz strives to illuminate self-awareness and manifest transformation for her clients.
