The foundation of the Standards for Excellence program is the Standards for Excellence: An Ethics and Accountability Code for the Nonprofit Sector. You can download the latest Code Book in the PANO Store here. Below you will find links to the corresponding Educational Resource Packets.
Nonprofits are encouraged to strengthen their organization by working to implement the practices listed in the code. PANO has tools to help, including trainings and an extensive library of educational resources. The Educational Resource Packets are available to members at no cost and for $25 each for non-members.
