Over 10 years ago, Alicia shifted from a career in marketing and sales to a career in fundraising and nonprofit leadership. Alicia is the Development Manager at Helix Strategies, LLC and loves working with nonprofits because each day in unique and inspiring. She feels fortunate to have the opportunity to work alongside others who care deeply about their mission and making a positive impact on the community.
Helix helps organizations to raise funds and develop their leaders and programs for sustainable success. Ivy and her team specialize in fundraising/development strategies, board development, nonprofit management, strategic planning, executive/development coaching and interim services, grants, and program evaluation. Services range from providing education to implementation.
Education
Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.
Community Involvement
Alicia serves on the board at The Chamber of Gettysburg & Adams County. During her free time, Alicia enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, spending time at the beach or on the lake, spoiling her niece and nephew, and making memories with her friends and family.
