Stephanie has dedicated her career to the nonprofit sector for more than 20 years. She has served as an executive director as well as held development and program management roles. Stephanie has also consulted for more than 80 organizations helping them strengthen governance, grow fundraising, and recruit talent.
Recognized for her excellence in teaching and facilitation, Stephanie was named a Master Trainer by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). She is also an adjunct instructor for Villanova University’s College of Professional Studies. Demonstrating her commitment to professional development and model practices, Stephanie is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), BoardSource Certified Governance Consultant, and Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant.
Stephanie earned a BS in accounting and MS in gerontology from the University of Southern California as well as an MEd in adult and organizational development from Temple University.
