Monica Gould, MBA, CMC, is an award winning nonprofit strategist, facilitator, and executive with more than three decades of experience strengthening mission driven organizations. She is the Founder and President of Strategic Consulting Partners (SCP), a nationally recognized management consulting firm that has guided hundreds of nonprofit organizations through strategic planning, governance, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational transformation.

Monica has led or facilitated hundreds of strategic planning engagements, many within the nonprofit sector, helping organizations align mission, funding, governance, and operations to achieve sustainable impact. Her work supports boards and executive teams in navigating complexity, managing growth, and building resilient organizations that can adapt in rapidly changing environments. She is a Licensed Standards for Excellence® Consultant and has supported nonprofits across Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and nationally in strengthening governance and accountability practices.

In addition to her consulting work, Monica brings deep firsthand nonprofit governance experience, having served as Board Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region and as a longtime chamber and community board leader. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC)—a designation held by fewer than one percent of consultants worldwide—and a professional member of the National Speakers Association, frequently presenting on nonprofit leadership, strategy, organizational health, and change management.

Monica’s leadership and impact have been widely recognized, including being named 2018 SBA Eastern Pennsylvania Woman Owned Business of the Year, a Central Penn Business Journal Power 100 honoree multiple times, and a recipient of the City & State Pennsylvania 50 Over 50 Award.
