Every two years, The Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management at Robert Morris University conducts a comprehensive nonprofit salary and benefit survey. Their 2021 Salary and Benefit Report is available for purchase, at either $100 or $150 depending on the size of your org ($100 for smaller orgs with budgets less than $2M or $150 for above $2M).
While this data only applies to Southwestern Pennsylvania, a PANO partner who wishes to remain anonymous put together a comprehensive Pay Adjustment Sheet showing how to adjust for geographical region. This Pay Adjustment Sheet is available for free to PANO members as both a PDF as well as an Excel spreadsheet to help you benchmark your org’s salaries against salaries for other, similar positions/orgs.
