Alyssa Ascher is the Consulting Analyst & Systems Manager at RPM Consulting Group, where she specializes in the intersection of nonprofit data, business strategy, and donor stewardship. Her approach is informed by a unique academic and operational background. After graduating from Moravian University with degrees in Music and Psychology, Alyssa spent six years at ArtsQuest in Bethlehem, PA. There, she rose through her role with the organization to become the Visual Arts Coordinator, managing the complex databases and high-level donor relations required to power major community festivals and hundreds of annual programs. To bridge the gap between creative programming and organizational health, she earned an MBA in Music Business from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019.
Today, Alyssa leverages this blend of psychological insight and business acumen to “audit” and investigate nonprofit systems. She identifies the process gaps that hinder growth, helping clients implement everything from marketing and gift-tracking workflows to donor solicitation content. Their mission is to ensure nonprofits have the professional infrastructure and data integrity required to meet the highest standards.
