Bilal Taylor has spent 25 years as planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of nonprofit programs and systems-change initiatives. His range of leadership and direct service roles give him a unique perspective on how to help executive, staff, Boards, and the stakeholders of nonprofits work together to advance their organization’s mission. Since October of 2024, Bilal has served as the Associate Director of the Foundation for Delaware County’s Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNEx) . In this capacity, he oversees the Foundation’s nonprofit capacity strengthening offerings.
