Carolyn leads the strategic planning and facilitation teams for Dunleavy & Associates. As a former nonprofit Executive Director, and senior leader in the financial services and travel management industries, Carolyn brings a wealth of experience to all of her client engagements. She has significant expertise in conducting stakeholder and environmental assessments and is well regarded as a skilled facilitator in complex and diverse matters. Carolyn’s experience is also complemented by her ten-year term leading a global, multicultural leadership development and corporate transformation program across Asia, Europe, and the US.
Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics, from Denison University.
