She is also the Founder and CEO of Smart Grant Solutions, the Pittsburgh-based technology company behind the nonprofit financial software, MissionGranted, the first platform solution to simplify and automate grant management and compliance.
With several decades of experience guiding organizations funded by complex multi-grant portfolios, Dayna is a leader in nonprofit financial management, compliance, and systems transformation. Her expertise bridges mission and finance, helping organizations strengthen their infrastructure, enhance transparency, and reduce compliance risk while building internal capacity.

Dayna is a National and Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant and a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner. She is a graduate of the Nonprofit Management Institute at Stanford University and has a certificate in Mergers & Acquisition from Columbia University in addition to holding a MBA and MA in Nonprofit Arts Administration.
