Heather S. Giampapa is Executive Director of Vita Education Services, Bucks County’s adult education provider. Heather has over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector with roles in the fields of health and human services, higher education, the arts, and healthcare. Her resume includes impactful positions at notable organizations such as the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO), Uplift Center for Grieving Children, St. Mary Medical Center, and A Woman’s Place. She received her undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College, her Masters from the University of Richmond, and achieved the Certified Fund Raising Executive designation in 2017. Heather is a Pennsylvania Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant and serves on the Pennsylvania Association for Adult and Continuing Education Board of Directors as the Chair of the Fundraising Committee.
