Dr. Janet McNally is the owner and principal consultant of Team Development Services of Camp Hill, PA. Team Development Services is a professional services firm that offers training and related services for organizations and individuals to achieve their missions, including workshop in the Lego Serious Play methodology; PXT Select hiring assessments; and Everything DiSC behavioral styles assessments.
Janet specializes in the HR/Organization Development issues that non-profits often have, including: job descriptions, hiring, employee issues/ employee relations; and compensation studies.
In Spring 2026, Team Development Services will launch through Millersville University, The Art of Management: a fully-online training program for new and aspiring managers.
Janet is a retired Assistant Teaching Professor in Management at Penn State Abington. She is a member of Lancaster SHRM and serves on the Professional Development committee. At PANO, Janet is a member of the Consultant Collaborative.
