Kimberly Allen is a seasoned leader with more than thirty years’ experience in the corporate, philanthropic and nonprofit sectors. As an organizational development specialist, Kim served as Senior Program Officer at the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation for more than 20 years; where she designed, created and managed in-depth giving programs providing $6 million in grants and investments per year. Kim enjoys using her passion and deep experience to support nonprofits, with a focus on strategic planning; fund development grounded in market insights; board management, growth and recruitment; and program design and impact evaluation. She brings broad networks within the region and practiced perspectives from both fundraising and grantmaking.
To do this work, in 2020, Kim created Resources for Good, a consultancy to help nonprofits increase resources, strengthen their organizations, and maximize their impact. At the same time, she was thrilled to become a partner and Associate Consultant with her longtime colleague, Perry Monastero, and his firm, RPM Consulting Group, LLC. The firm has supported more than 60 nonprofit boards and executive leadership teams since 2019, offering tailored guidance to help organizations scale effectively. Through this work and Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofits, Kim became a licensed Standards for Excellence Consultant in Spring 2026.
