Prior to serving the nonprofit community, Michelle spent a number of years in the financial services industry with world class institutions like Merrill Lynch and The Vanguard Group. Michelle brings operational expertise, organizational vision and a strong corporate foundation to every project. Combined with her nonprofit experience in development and management for a number of educational and civic organizations, Michelle has honed a specialty in development operations including event management, donor management, and CRM system management and operations. Michelle has a passion for solving organizational challenges utilizing operational tools and processes with a focus that is at the same time both strategic and pragmatic.
Michelle earned a BS in Finance from The Villanova School of Business and MBA from Drexel University.
