Subash C. Majhi is a human services professional with over 10 years of experience in program leadership, organizational development, and community-based services. He currently serves as a Care Manager at York County Area Agency on Aging and has held roles including Social Worker at the Department of Children and Families, Family Support Specialist at Jewish Family Services, and Executive Director at Community Upliftment Program.
Subash holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College and a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Human Services with a specialization in Leadership and Program Evaluation at Walden University. In addition to his professional work, Subash is actively involved in volunteer service, including supporting Easterseals of Central and Western Pennsylvania, Youth Services’ Citizen’s Advisory Board of Cumberland County and Bhutanese community of Central Pennsylvania. He is passionate about helping nonprofit and government organizations improve strategic planning, program evaluation, and community impact.
