Dr. Subash C. Majhi is a human services and nonprofit professional with more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, public-sector services, program development, organizational improvement, and community engagement. His experience includes serving as an Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, Social Worker with the Department of Children and Families, Family Support Specialist, and Care Manager with the York County Area Agency on Aging.
Dr. Majhi holds a Doctor of Human Services (DHS) in Leadership and Program Evaluation in human service organizations from Walden University, along with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Springfield College. He also holds a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School and is a PANO Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant.
As a consultant, Dr. Majhi works with nonprofit organizations to strengthen governance, leadership, strategic planning, program evaluation, organizational capacity, and community impact. He brings a practical, evidence-informed, and collaborative approach to helping organizations identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen their practices, and advance their missions.
