Victoria LindstromSuasion

I’m the Founder of Suasion, a relationship strategy firm that helps nonprofit organizations strengthen how they function, how they’re led, and how they’re known, so their missions can be felt, not just stated. I’ve spent more than 20 years working alongside nonprofits, including my own experience serving on boards, and as board chair, which gives me a firsthand understanding of the challenges I now help other organizations navigate.

My work centers on Organizational Wellbeing: conducting organizational and board assessments, evaluating governance, culture, and leadership effectiveness, and delivering clear, practical recommendations that boards can actually act on. I also provide board training and development, helping boards move past compliance checklists and function as the genuine organizational asset they’re meant to be. I listen first and build every recommendation around what I actually find in that organization, not a template.

Suasion also works with nonprofits on Branding & Storytelling. I help organizations close the gap between how they’re currently perceived and how they deserve to be known by researching how they’re actually experienced, developing brand strategy and positioning grounded in that research, and building an authentic communications presence that reflects who they really are.

I hold a Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, completed the Penn State University Executive Program in Strategic Leadership, and am a certified coach, credentials that shape how I approach both governance work and organizational change.

I partner with nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven organizations navigating leadership transitions, board challenges, and growth, as well as those simply committed to staying organizationally healthy, because strong missions need strong foundations.
